Artist retains full copyrights to the artwork.

You can use my commission for your personal purposes only (upload on your gallery/social media, print the artwork for yourself, crop/resize to use as wallpaper/pfp etc but do not alter the artwork).

If the commission is for commercial purposes, there will be a discussion and agreement between the buyer and artist about the price change.

Artist can post the commission on any websites as sample/portfolio with buyer’s credit as the owner of that commission, and only buyer are allowed to re-upload that piece.

Do not trace, copy, redistribute, use for NFTs, AI ..etc.., claim and edit the commission.

Always give credit to me for all pieces of artwork.

Please be patient.

Please send clear and detailed information/reference documents of your characters and what you want to commission. I will not accept any commission that do not provide clear images/references of the characters.

Please contact me when you want to check work in process but please don’t rush.

I will send the sketches after 10-20 days after I receive your payment, you can fix the sketches up to 3 times and if you want to fix more after that, I will charge $10 for each times.

Process: Rough sketch - Detail sketch & color - Full render.

You can have the major changes like poses/composition etc in rough sketch but any changes after won't be possible.

It will take 2-5 months to finish a piece, and if there is anything urgent happen that slow down the progress, I will contact to let you know.

If you already received your finished commission, you can contact me to discuss changes within 1 month if you do not like any details (minor details like missing details/wrong color of some details/mistake by me), after that I will not be responsible anymore.

Small changes are possible and you can change it up to 10 times and any changes after that will be charged. if you want great change that will need to redraw, I will have to charge extra for it.

I reserve the right to decline your commission if I feel unable to fulfill it, any aspect of the character/details in the commission makes me uncomfortable or you refuse to follow any of the rules.

These prices are for personal use only, no selling products/prints from the artwork or gain any profit from it. If you wish to distribute your commission for profit, you will be subjected to commercial prices.

The price that I’m listing is only the base price and may change depend on the details and complex of your character, background, poses etc…

All commission need to be paid 100% upfront via my Paypal in USD (please also send the Paypal fee that I will included in invoice), bank account.

Do not send the payment before I accept your commission, I will send you a Paypal invoice after I confirm your commission, the payments needed to be sent within 1 week or i will cancel your commission. I will start on your commission after i recieve the payment.

Refunds are allowed if I have not started on your commission yet, otherwise the payment won’t be refunded so please consider carefully before decide to commission me.

if you seen/intentionally ignore my message more than a month, i will cancel your order and there will be no refund (i will message you few times in advance to remind you about your commission).

Deadline for your commission is required, rush deadline will be charged (50% of your commission).

For commercial commissions, the prices range will be charged different depends on the project.
